1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. All the returns and exchanges will be delivered in 3 to 10 days

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, which will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
