1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
